Our machine is equipped with PLC control system. Its random signal and vibration analyzing system materializes the best running of the machines, and its touch screen has friendly computerized interface makes selecting and operating parameters easy. 2. The framework of the machine is made of high strong steel, thus the machine can sustain violent oscillatory motion and extreme loads; and is durable in use and reliable in performance. Four chromate treated guide poles and junction panels of high machining precision guarantee the die head and the molding box move up and down smoothly and steadily.3. Improved material-feeding unit: Our machine series adopts forced feeding method. The feeding box is installed with rows of stirrers, when it shuttles above the molding box, the stirrers stir above it; in this way forced feeding is conducted.4. Evenly distributed vibration: the demolding cylinder locks the mold box on the vibration table to achieve co-oscillation of the two. Iron sheets are installed on the vibration table to evenly transmit exciting force to all parts of the pallet to minimize the difference of density among the blocks.5.
